The Studio

Welcome to Studio 12, a thoughtfully designed natural-light photography studio located on my personal property. With its perfect blend of neutral vibes and modern timeless design, this space is ideal for photographers and professionals seeking a bright, minimalist setting for their creative work. The studio features an abundance of soft, natural light, a cozy bed setup, sleek furnishings, and a private bathroom, all designed to offer comfort and functionality. The lighting in this studio is absolutely amazing, Making shooting and editing a dream! Perfect for boudoir, maternity, newborn, family, branding, or editorial shoots, getting ready space for your wedding. This space has been created by a photographer, for photographers, ensuring a seamless and inspiring experience for both you and your clients.

Rental Pricing:
$75/hour
$130 for 2 hours
$300 for 4 hours
$375 for 6 hours
$500 for 8 hours

Please note that your rental time must include your set up & cleanup time within your allotted time you have booked. As sessions may be booked back to back. Rentals are only charged as hourly. Example If your shoot is 1.5 hrs. You will have needed to book for 2 hours. If you book a full day rental for mini sessions etc. You will be allowed to set up after 7pm the evening before. And take down until 7pm the day of the shoot. 

Prop catalog coming soon. Studio rental includes a base setup as pictured below (subject to minor changes). The ottoman may be in the studio or a wooden bench. You might have a different chair, different plants/vases, linens/pillow or flowers instead of candles etc. The vibe is mainly neutral and modern.
The bed does fold up to a dark couch.
