Start by filling out our contact form with as many details as possible about your event or session. This helps us determine whether Danielle is the right fit for your vision and needs.

To officially secure your date, you’ll review and sign your contract and pay the required retainer. Once both are complete, your date is officially reserved and we’re ready to create something incredible!

Wedding packages are flexible and serve as a starting point for your day. Hours of coverage cannot be deducted once booked, but you’re always welcome to add additional coverage. Your included engagement session ($550 value) can also be added, exchanged for a boudoir session, or removed from your package to better suit your needs.

Maternity & newborn sessions are booked well in advance, and a retainer is required to reserve your session date. We understand that life doesn’t always follow a plan, and we do our best to offer flexibility when circumstances change.

For newborn sessions, we’re happy to accommodate a date change when possible in the event of an early arrival, NICU stay, or circumstances affecting the health and well-being of the mother.

In the unfortunate event of a pregnancy loss, your retainer will be fully refunded. We want you to know that there is no pressure or additional stress surrounding your booking during an incredibly difficult time.

Sneak peeks are not guaranteed for regular sessions and are shared at Danielle’s discretion.

A great deal of time, care, and attention goes into every image we deliver. Each photograph is individually edited and professionally retouched to ensure the final gallery meets Danielle’s standards. We do not rush the editing process or deliver galleries we aren’t genuinely proud of.

Full gallery delivery for regular sessions can range from 1–8 weeks, while wedding galleries are delivered within approximately 4–16 weeks. Mini sessions are scheduled with a faster turnaround time in mind.

During peak seasons, including spring, summer, and fall, editing and gallery delivery times may be longer due to increased booking volume.

We appreciate your patience while we take the time to create a gallery that is truly worth the wait.

Your initial contact will primarily be with Ashley, Danielle’s assistant, who helps ensure you receive prompt responses regarding availability, bookings, payments, and contracts.

When looking to book a session or inquire about availability, please use email. This helps keep Danielle’s workflow organized and allows our team to manage inquiries efficiently.

Once you’re booked, please feel free to text Danielle directly at 204-761-2624 with questions about what to wear, what to expect, or location ideas for your session. For weddings, Danielle is also happy to help with general wedding advice, timeline guidance, or other planning questions before your wedding planning call has been scheduled (usually booked a month before your wedding).

Danielle primarily responds to texts after 8:00 pm, when she is able to step away from shooting, editing and her family. During the week leading up to your wedding, she will be more readily available by text for any final questions or planning details.

For regular sessions, Danielle will be in touch a few days before your shoot to check in, confirm your start time and location, and go over any final details. If you would like to plan earlier, feel free to reach out.
